Mads Richard has conducted intranet user surveys for more than 60 Danish and international companies. Over 15.000 employees have participated in the survey. This has resulted in a thoroughly tested questionnaire and a unique database for benchmarking your intranet.
Benchmark with other companies gives valuable insight into areas of improvement. See example of a standard benchmark report (pdf).
External benchmark can be supplemented with internal benchmark between different user groups. This is a unique tool for creating an effective and valuable intranet for all employees – across departments, geographical units, and work functions. See examples in the left column.
The survey is conducted via an online questionnaire to employees with 20 questions – with the option to add more. The questionnaire is available in English, but more language versions are planned. See the standard questionnaire.
The questionnaire can be answered by all or by a representative part of the employees. It only takes 5-10 minutes to answer the survey, and typically three weeks from first contact to reporting.

External benchmark – including report and online meeting: € 375
Internal benchmark: € 225 – € 375 each.
